I was at Books At The Beach for the third time this year. I can’t begin to express how much I love this event. The hostesses are just amazing, and the volunteers are amazing. It’s always pleasant and successful. Not to mention that I get to see friends and familiar faces that bring joy to my heart. Catching up with all these long-lost peeps is part of all the fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not to mention, this year, I had not just my husband with me but my PA, Chanel Johnson. She kept me on the straight and narrow and was terrific with the people I couldn’t entertain while I was blessed to have a small crowd. She also held my books when I shipped two seventy-pound boxes her way until I got there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I managed an incredible book and swag haul. Please note my goodies in my pics. They won’t be doing the event next year, but I look forward to 2026. If there is a sign-up, consider me signed up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
